  Mark  McDowell serves as Vice President of Business Development, where he  oversees the growth of new partnerships and the management of existing  relationships on a national scale. Mark Mcdowell drives the company’s strategic  mandate to deliver best-in-class client experiences, combining strong  business strategic decision making with a client-focused approach. Mark works closely with  internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities,  implement innovative strategies, and ensure the consistent delivery of  value across every client engagement. 

 Francis  Gabriel serves as Vice President of Operations, bringing extensive  experience in overseeing organizational processes and ensuring  operational excellence. He is responsible for streamlining workflows,  optimizing resource management, and implementing strategies that drive  efficiency, productivity, and consistent results across the company.  Francis works closely with teams across all departments to align  operational initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless  execution and high-quality outcomes in every project. 

  Jack  Hirst is a skilled Software Engineer and Web Developer with extensive  experience in designing and building system software, including  customized inventory management systems. With a focus on delivering  reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions, he and his team develop  software that streamlines operations, enhances data workflows, and  improves overall business efficiency. Jack applies best practices in  software architecture, integration, and coding standards to ensure every  project meets both technical and business objectives. Daniella  Santos is a senior Digital Architect with a degree in Architecture and  over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality digital  architectural solutions. She brings a strategic and detail-oriented  approach, supporting projects from early concept development through  detailed documentation and execution.

She  and her team specialize in digital architectural design, 3D rendering,  and CAD drafting, ensuring technical accuracy and visual clarity  throughout each project. Working closely with stakeholders, Daniella and  his team translate design intent into reliable, build-ready digital  deliverables that meet both creative and technical requirements,  supporting efficient coordination and successful project outcomes

Hero  Alabado brings over 17 years of experience as a marketing specialist. He worked with House of Taylor Jewelry, the couture  company founded by Elizabeth Taylor, where he manage the marketing of high-profile  brands including Elizabeth Taylor and Kathy Ireland, and also handled jewelry  collections for Celine Dion and Elton John during their Las Vegas residency concerts. His marketing campaigns received notable coverage in  entertainment news, reflecting their reach and impact.

He  later joined Super Bell Jewelry, then ranked among the top four jewelry  companies in the industry. Today, Hero applies his deep industry  knowledge to remote digital initiatives, helping teams translate luxury  brand positioning into effective digital strategy, execution, and brand  visibility.

   Lea  Valles is a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a background in  the banking relationship industry, bringing a strong foundation in  client engagement, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. She  is known for her friendly and approachable working style, paired with a  high level of professionalism and reliability.
